This is a tattoo i did on my cousin, the design was inspired by Sonny Kay's 'Omar Rodriguez Lopez' album cover for Mantro Hiroshima, this is just the first session. it'll get better!

WIH is a post Ricky Fitts Wichita,Ks. band that moved to Iowa City, went defunct, played a few more shows and is now kinda in limbo. heres some art from their unreleased full length, that was recorded in Iowa City at Flat black Studios.

NIGHTOSAUR!!! RARRRrrRRRrrRR

Nightosaur is a band from Minneapolis/St.Paul with ex-members of Unicorn Basement(a personal favorite), and Eye of the Great Protector(also super dope). The music made by these post-prehistoric dudes is actually quite hard to classify...it's uh, post-metal??? catchy thats for damn sure!! I've been working on their debut album art, and obviously they wanted me to base it around Dinosaurs...this is something i havent played with since i was like 7! so, its been definitely challenging. Dinosaurs look cool on their own, how can i spruce that up!? So i did some research by watching the Jurassic Park trilogy(which still totally rules) and got psychadelic on these Dinorockers... i havent got the okay on these preliminaries, but still thought i'd share em with you anyhow!

This album will be out in February....these pictures of me were taken by my cousin in her studio in San Francisco, do yourself a favor and Google Nikki Araguz...thats her! all the other pictures were actually taken by me, outside of the hidden universe pieces. the Jellyfish pix were takin at a museum. beautiful creatures they are. This will be my 3rd instillation of 13 solo/collaborative albums i'll be releasing through 2011. the first 'Mi Infierno I' is available right now on CD, and i'm actually flying through the copies alot faster than intended. I'm not sure how i feel about represses, since i'd rather move forward than repress.  These albums are all individual studies, but as a whole are based around musical evolution as quick as the sun rises and falls. I also like to work quickly and move on. A.D.D. style. so heres the art. enjoy. i hope when the albums out the music compliments it well, i'm rather proud of these pieces. P.S. i am not really snorting anything out of the money fold, it was simply taken for the art...
