All of these pix are handdrawn with Sharpie pens, then i usually run through a gray scale with paint brush and watered down india ink. also making numerous designs to fill in the background after compiling them in photo shop and making a multimedia mesh, of mostly pix i take while im on tour, others off of porno sites(i.e. the hodgepodge of eiffel tour in the background of the HASTAS pic), or random pix i enjoy(like the cathedral in the ONO pic), however im particularly fon of the World History piece, due to the only thing being added in, in adobe was the font...the rest was simply laying down the picture on my floor and making a frame out of my shirt, headphones,cassettes that were also just laying on my floor. i dont know, just thought that was cute. so it breaks down quite simple, that is what the pictures look like, just drawn, organic...i tattoo, so thats the best way i can explain the fine line work and stipling, crosshatching styles ive accumulated over the years.
